Terms & Conditions

  • The payment must be made, within 15 days from the receipt of this invoice for the Goods & Service, as mentioned above.
  • Payment through our web portal (www.tldavanttec.com) mode is preferred and NEFT/RTGS/IMPS mode is secondary option. Please mention your institution number & Invoice number in the “REMARKS” space while effecting the NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
  • In case of DD/Bankers cheque, it should be in favour of "Avanttec Laboratories (P) Ltd.", payable at Chennai. Please do write your institution number at the back of the instrument.
  • Your existing GST number on record will be taken into account, unless and until we are receiving revised GST number from your end.
  • In case you are paying after deducting TDS, please do inform us the details of deduction without fail, otherwise, it will not be taken into your TDS account.
  • Service shall continue only after realization of payment.
  • Courier charges for any additional cards/cassettes sent separately through unscheduled dispatch will be charged in the invoice.
  • GST @ 18% will be applicable for all items such as courier charges, damaged or not returned TLD cards & holders, etc.
  • All Transactions are Subject to Chennai Jurisdiction.
  • Any mismatch for our Invoices or Final Invoice with your purchase order, the purchase order has to be revised at your end.
  • TLD cards and card holders are properties of AVANTTEC and must be returned when the services are terminated for any reason. Non-returned cards & holders will be considered as lost/damaged and will be charged to your account.
